The water mist smoke removal fire fighting robot,developed by Haomiao Fire Protection Technology Development Company, forms a mobile water mist fire extinguishing system which has integrated functions like fire exinguishing, ventilating, somke and dust removal into one. Its main function is to dilute smoke and poisonous gas by using high-power water mist flow to change the spreading direction of fire in the open disaster site. During the rescue work, water mist valve shall be shut according to the specific need, and then it shall providing wind in large volume in order to remove the smoke, lower the temperature and remove the dust rapidly.

Its technological innovations are as follows:

1.      Distant remote control system and the control of the working parts of the vehicle.

The control system shall include functions such as walking, fire extinguishing, smoke removal of the water mist smoke removal robot within 150 meters by remote control operation.

2.      Ultral-fine water mist, smoke removal, and ventilating devices. The spraying speed of water mist under the pressure of 1 Mpa is 4.76ml/s. The diameter of water mist≤1000μ.

3.      The applications of combined water mist system and the fire truck include connecting the chassis and the hydraulic pump through the power take-off and the transfer case, proper connection of the fine water mist system and the ventilator, remote control of all the functions.
