Fire Fighting Robot

In order to improve the efficiency of firefighting and ensure the security of firefighters at flammable, explosive or toxic radioactive disaster site, Haomiao patented “Unmanned Vehicle Actuators” technology in 2000 (Patent number: ZL00221994.8).

Haomiao adopted this patent and developed the first remote surveillance wheel structure fire truck in China. The product has attracted widespread attention in the industry since its appearance on the market. It has obtained 5 national patents, and won the golden prizes in World Eureka International Invention Fair held in Hongkong, Geneva and London in 2002. The American International Quality Certification Board recommended the product as the “High-quality Product”. Los Angeles Chinese Products Exhibition Center recommended it as the “International Exchange Exhibition Brand”. American Committee on Asian Economic and Trade Cooperation confirmed it as the “Recommended Product for International Trade”. In 2006, Haomiao patented “wireless remote control car shifting mechanism” technology, providing technical support for the R&D of firefighting robot. In recent years, the product has constantly finished firefighting work in fire brigades, oil fields, chemical companies, ports and oil tanks.

1. Fire fighting robot will be wheeled structure, so it will be no need for a nanny van to carry it. Driver will drive it at normal speed of 100km/h to the disaster site. Then the driver will leave the truck, and the operators will give directions. And the fire robot will be moving at the speed of 10-20km/h to enter the flammable, explosive or toxic radioactive disaster site to scout the site and extinguish fire. In this way, the security of firefighters will be ensured.

2. Some temperature sensor will be installed on the truck. When temperature reaches the set value, fire robot will open the self valve automatically to lower the temperature by spraying water. In this way, the security of equipment will be ensured.

3. Fire robot will be also used as the ordinary fire truck, because it is the ordinary fire truck with the remote control system; and in the dangerous disaster sites, it will be used as the remote fire truck. In this way, firefighting expenditures will be saved.
